Ladies, you are invited to a free afternoon of fun and fitness! We will be spending 45 - 60 minutes doing light exercise (suitable for all ages) and then we will celebrate our achievement by eating some healthy fruit and spending time together.

All ladies are welcome, so invite your friends, get into your active wear and get ready to have fun!
